Discovery Call: First step too getting to know the potential client. Free, 30-minute sessions in which you and the coach get to meet, and understand their client's needs. In the session we focus on the following: Clarity: Do you know what goals or outcomes you want to get from being coached? It's OK to only have a rough idea on this one. ... Issues and challenges: What are your most pressing challenge/issues? Understanding clients' specific requirements through discovery calls leads to more effective engagement, as interactions are based on a solid understanding of their needs and expectations.
